Mohammed Irfan founded Wasat Constructions in 2008 to bring professionalism, ethical practices, and structure to residential construction in Bengaluru. His approach was grounded in disciplined planning, transparent communication, and doing the right thing on site even when no one was watching.
Today the company brings together civil engineers, project managers, and designers to deliver independent homes, apartments, villas, farm houses, commercial buildings, industrial structures, and joint development projects. Clients work with one accountable team across planning, approvals, materials, construction, and final handover.
Mohammed Irfan serves as Founder and Managing Director. Co-Founder and CEO Iftikar Ahmed, an M.Tech in Structural Engineering and founder of IFFI Group, strengthens the company's technical leadership, project planning, cost control, and quality management. The team operates from the ICICI Bank Building at #55, Coles Road, Cleveland Town, Cox Town, Bengaluru.
